About Payback Credit Card (Discontinued)

Please note that the IndusInd Bank PAYBACK Credit Card has been discontinued for new applicants and is displayed solely as a reference for existing cardholders. The IndusInd Bank PAYBACK Credit Card was designed to reward cardholders on everyday spending through a partnership with the PAYBACK loyalty program. New cardholders received 1,000 PAYBACK Points as a welcome bonus upon paying a one-time joining fee of ₹249, along with complimentary PAYBACK PLUS membership offering monthly benefits of up to ₹20,000. The card earned 5 PAYBACK Points per ₹100 spent on groceries, shopping, and dining, 20 PAYBACK Points per ₹100 on movie bookings, and 2 PAYBACK Points per ₹100 on other miscellaneous purchases. Additional bonus points were available for reaching monthly and annual spend milestones. A 1% fuel surcharge waiver was also included across all fuel stations in India. Beyond rewards, the card offered 24-hour concierge services for travel, hotel, and entertainment bookings, as well as Auto Assist for roadside emergencies including towing, flat tyre repair, and emergency fuel delivery. The Total Protect program provided coverage against fraudulent transactions up to 48 hours before a lost card was reported.
