What You'll Do

• Assist in developing and training machine learning models for credit card recommendations
• Help preprocess and analyze large datasets of financial information
• Implement and test ML algorithms under guidance from senior researchers
• Build data pipelines for model training and evaluation
• Contribute to ML experiment tracking and model versioning
• Write clean, documented Python code following best practices
• Participate in model evaluation and performance analysis
• Learn and apply latest ML techniques to solve real problems

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field
• 0-2 years of professional experience or relevant internships/projects
• Strong foundation in Python programming
• Understanding of fundamental ML concepts (supervised/unsupervised learning, model evaluation)
• Familiarity with at least one ML framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn)
• Basic knowledge of statistics and linear algebra
• Experience with data manipulation using Pandas/NumPy
• Eagerness to learn and grow in AI/ML field

Nice to Have

• Experience with NLP or text processing
• Exposure to deep learning and neural networks
• Knowledge of recommendation systems
• Personal ML projects or Kaggle competitions
• Understanding of model deployment and MLOps
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
